ding at which -Linda Jean Hun-
ter and Douglas Edward Tot-
tenham were united in marriage
by Rev. Robert Raymont.
The double -ring ceremony
• featured music by organist Ed
Stiles and soloist Douglas
McClintock, uncle of the bride.
The bride's parents are Mr.
and Mrs. El, er Hunter,
Goderich, whi the groom's
parents are Mr. and Mrs. Ed-
ward Tottenham, Owen Sound.
The- bride was given in
Marriage by her parents. She
wore a formal -length white
crimplene gown with an empire
waistline, full-length sleeves
and an A-line skirt. Her veil was
double illusion and she carried
,white mums and tiny yellow
rose buds.
Maid of honor was Sandra
Hunter, sister of the bride,
Goderikh: She chose a royal
,blue polyester crepe gown with
Mr. and Mrs. T. A. Jarczak
shoes and carried . a bouquet
similar• to the senior attendants.
Groomsman was Harvey
Munroe, Goderich. Usher was
John Hughes, also of Goderich.
The reception was at
Maitland Country , Club,
Goderich. Three shades of pink
candles decorated the, tables
with ivy and pink and white
rosettes. On the main table, two
dolls were dressed in bride's
and flowergirl's dresses.
The bride's mother greeted
guests in a silk chiffon ensemble
in shades of mauve: She wore
snatching accessories and a cor-
sage of miniature pink car-
nations.
The groom's mother chose a
gold lame' ensemble with mat-
in marriage by ching accessories and a corsage
father, the bride wore a floor- of tinted pale green miniature.

Peter's Roman Catholic
Church October 28 for the wed-
ding of Thomas Albert Jarczak
and Helen Maughan. The
double -ring ceremony was con-
ducted by Rev. Ray Moynahan.
The bride who has resided in
Goderich for the past 12, months,
is from Sydney, Australia. She is
the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E.
T. Maughan of Sydney,
Australia.
`'The groom is the son of Mr:
and Mrs. J. Jarczak, Toronto.
The organist was Miss Anne
.Legg and the soloist was Bill
Stiles.
A-line skirt. She carried bronze
and yellow mums.
Bridesmaids were Diane Tot-
tenham, sister of the groom,
Owen Sound; Mary Hunt, Owen
Sound; and Kathie Hunter,
sister of the bride; Goderich.
They were gowned identically to
the maid of honor.
The bride's gown and those of
her attendants were all
fashioned by the bride's mother.
. Dennis Tottenham,.brother of
the groom, . Waterloo, ' was
groomsman. Ushers were Larry
Parkins, Michael Haugh and
Dave Thocaly.'•
The reception was in Saltford
Valley Hall. The bride's mother
wore• a mauve print polyester
crepe gown with mauve over -
vest and a corsage of yellow car-
nations. The groom's mother
chose a pink polyester ' crepe
dress with white shawl and a
corsage of pink carnations.
A wedding' trip followed to
the Eastern United States. The
couple •is residing at ,R.R.6,
Owen Sound.

detachable train. Her veil was
held in place with tiny lace
petals and was edged with a
daisy chain. The floor -length
veil covered the length of the

roses, white miniature car-
nations and baby's breath with
long streamers tied with 'pink.

Matron of honor was Mrs.
Noelene Forrest of North Syd-
ney, Australia. She wore a deep
pink floor -length gown with an
empire waistline. The low
scooped neckline set off the
sleeveless bodice. She wore
elbow -length white gloves and
white shoes. Matching ribbon
was threaded through the curls
of her swept -up hair style. She
carried a potpourri clutch
bouquet of white daisies and
pink miniature carnations and
baby's breath.
Bridesmaid was Miss JoAnne'
Alton, Lucknow, in a gown
similar to that of the matron of
honor but in a lighter shade of
pink.
Flowergirl was Miss Monica
Munroe, Goderich. She wove a
floor -length pastel."pink gown
with small, puffy sleeves, Daisy
chain lace accented the sleeves

wore small white gloves, white
The honeymoon will be
delayed until a later date. The
couple is residing at : Bruce
Street, Goderich. '-

-Guests attended from
Toronto, Porcupine, St.
Catherines, Peterborough, Sud-
bury and the surrounding areas.
Prior to her marriage, the
bride was feted at two surprise
showers, one given.by lyliss
JoAnne Alton and thother 'by
the groom's mother in Toronto.
A trousseau tea was given in her
honor by Mrs. Sharon Munroe,
Goderich.
The bride's parents and sister,
the matron of honor. travelled
from Australia for the wedding
and visited for one month.'
1 riends of the bride, Mr. amd
Mrs. Forrest, travelled- from
England to' attend the wedding
and after a one week visit het,
travelled on to Australia.

into a flowing chapel train com-
plemented by matching trim of
lace and ribbon. Her headpiece,
florets, cupped the face and held
her four tiered veil of silk.

motif appliques and long,
sleeves and moss green velvet
skirt. A moss green flora with
dainty sprays complemented
