Jack West, South Bend, Indiana. • Organist was Mrs. Wm. Hoy, and pianist was Miss Eunice Hoy. Soloist' was Bryan Hoy. The bride **we, a goorl/engthz gown of white polyg?tef crepe, styled in . 'an empire i*aifitline With scooped neckline and small . cuffed bishop sleeves. Imported flowered lace trimmed the cuffs, the bodice and the edges of the detachable train which cascad6d from the back waistline. A Juliet -styled cap- helk.: her shoulder -length veil and she carried a cascade of white carnations and pink rosebuds. Ruth Ann Ingram of London was matron of honor. She wore a floor -length gown of pastel yellow with an empire waistline with a scooped neckline and puffed sleeves. Ruffles edged the sleeves and the hem. A moss green satin ribbon sash was draped down the front of the gown. She carried a bouquet of /* 40 ••••••••••••1•0 white daisies which matched the daisies in her hair. Bridesmaids were Judy McConnell,'Goderich and Susan Lamonte, Chatham. Their gowns were similar to the 'one worn by the matron of honor but were in pastel pink. John Hoy was the groomsman and ushers were Paul Hoy and Douglas Hoy, all of Goderich. • The reception' wag held at Auburn ComMunity Hall. Deccirations there were pink and white streamers with alternate pink and white bells. - The bride's mother wore a floor-Iength gown of gold floral design, with, full , skirt and V- , nepkline and a ptirp1e,--Jack-in7 . the -pulpit corsagetgAsogoomio*, 'Mother wore gown of pastel green with an empire waistline and high neckline' and a white orchid •corsage. For a wedding trip to the .Thousand Islands, the bride changed to a beige diamond check pantsuit with blazer jacket and cuffed flared pants. She wore dark, brown ac- cessories and had a corsage of pink carnations. Showers were given by Miss Ruth, Ingram, London; Miss Eunice Hoy of Goderich and Mrs. Gaye Hoy of London‘Mrs. Mary .Wray and Mrs, Yoyce Wray of Goderich; • and the congregation of Bethel Pen- tecostal Tabernacle., MR. AND MRS. St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, Goderich, ,was decorated with baskets of white mums and red gladioli for the July.- 21 wedding' at which Rienter Zoethout took Mary Frances Sherratt as his bride. Rev. P.T. Sherratt, uncle of the bride, Hamilton, performed the marriage which was a double -ring ceremony. Music was .supplied by Ed. Stiles. The bride is the daughter of -Mr. and Mrs. J.P.- ,Shertatt, Goderich and Mrs. G. Z,oettiout, Elora, is the mother ,of the groom. • The bride was escorted to the altar by her father: She wore a floor -length gown of brushed poteseau • with lace covered bodice and sleeves. Her shorty veil Was adorned with pearl droplets and she carried a nosegay of baby white roses, carnations and lily of the valley. The bride's sister, Mrs. Geraldine Million of Hanover, wasmatron of honor. They were gowned identically to the matron of honor. Tjierd Zoethout, brother of the groom, Guelph, was groom- sman. Ushers were Doug Zoethout, brother of the groom, Goderich, and Terry Crowley, Goderich. The wedding reception was at Saltford Valley Hall. The bride's mother wore a' formal- • length gown of pink crushed knit with matching wide - brimmed hat and a corsage of blue' baby carnations. The, groom's mother chose a street - length dress and coat ensemble of pale mauve and a corsage of pink baby carnations. For travelling to Midland, Victoria Harbour and RIEMER ZOETHOUT Collingwood; the bride changed to a street -length white dress with a drop. waist and 136x pleats trimmed with red, White and blue. . The newlyweds are residing at 290 South Street in Elora. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Jennett Pearson, Goderich; Mrs. Kaye Stevenson, Kitchener; and Miss Susan Powc11, Goderich. They were gowned identically to ,the matron of honor in shades of blue and yellow. Junior bridesmaid was Miss Victoria Powell, Goderich, who was gowned identically to the bridesmaids. Groomsman was Bill Linlaater, Goderich. Ushers were Scott Pearson, Goderich; Harold Leddy, Goderich; and Roger Strong, Toronto. •• An arbor decoratedwithroses from the garden of Mrs. Carlton Worlt geset the scene at the wed- ding reception in Saltford Valley Hall. The bride's mother wore a formal gown,,,,,of..-pink chiffon with pink accessories,and a cor- sage of white gardenias. The groom's mother chose a formal gown. of soft blue crepe with white accessories and a corsage Of white gardenias. The couple honeyibooned in ,Port Carling, Muskoka ,Lakes. For their journey, they wore identical suits of white slacks, navy blazers and polka-dot shirts and ties. Their boutonnieres were red carnations. • They are residing at114St. David Street. Guests ,were present at the wedding from Alberta,. Quebec, Ottawa and Toronto. , Mr.. arid Mrs. Powell enter- tained the bridal party • and guest at their home after the wedding rehearsal.
