The pace of life moves into
full gear in September! The
holidays are over, the children
e are back to school and daily ac-
tivities take on new v'igouir. No
better month could have been
desjgnated as Better -Breakfast
Month.
We are constantly reminded
of the importance of eating
breakfast. -Yet, it is the meal
most ° often," skipped. Studies
reveal that there is a
measurable loss of alertness and
efficiency . by late morning in
people .who miss breakfast. So
it13 important to develop a pat-
tern of breakfast eating for your
family. One of the best ways t
«insure that ' everyone will eat

breakfast is to make Rails easy
as possible to. prepare and eat.
Nutrition authorities agree
that -one such good breakfast' in
eludes fruit' or juice, cerbal,.
milk, bread and butter.
For those finicky -eaters and
for special breakfast -brunch oc-
casions try Crunchy Muffins, ' .
Flakes Griddle Cakes, Coffee
Kuchen or an extra 'special Cots
.tage Cheese Omelet to perk up
appetites and spirits.
A sparkling addition to any
breakfast table will be a little •
jam pot filled with Grape Con-
serve, Grape and Plum Jam or
Jelly.
Breakfast can be the perfect
beginning to a successful day!
