old girl named Agnes C. Wrighter,who
lives two miles from Ilumelstown, went
to school yesterday carrving,her lunch
in a basket. When she tailed to return
home in the evening her parents be-
earne anxious and instituted.a search,
which resulted in the finding of the
body of the child strAnt*'ed to death.
She had been oi.icragerl and murdered,
A portion of her underclothing: was
used to strangle her. It is supposed
the fiend who committed the crime was
a Hungarian laborer.
