2 cups hot water
314 -cup uncooked long grain`rice
2 ounce cans shrimp
In skillet saute green pepper and
onion in•oil2 - 3 minutes over low
heat. Add seasonings and water.
Simmer 5 minutes. Add rice.
,Cover and cook over low heat 30
minutes. Fluff rice. Add shririip. ,
Lightly stir to distribute evenly.
