Auxiliary, the chairman of the meeting, president G. Low of ,Branch' 109 introduced the head table which included F. Skeleton of the K-40 Club; H. Murphy, president of'the Lions; Rev. R. Raymont, NorthSt. United Church; D. Rentz, president of the Kinsmen, H. Chambers, past president of Branch 109; T.•Orinand}, president of the Rotary; and Oe guest speaker, Major, the R.ever•enfl•'G. Youmatoff, former R.C.A.F. Pad't•e, CFB Base, Clinton. The president of each „club introduced the ,members of his club and the -chairman .of the._ meeting recognized the presence of Lion Arnold McConnell, the originator of the -Inter-club dinner, which now celebrates 20th anniversary. The speaker .in his opening remarks congratulated the clubs whose., various projects serve every age group in the community. The Rev. Youmatoff went on to trace the problems .of the Russian immigrant family of which he was a youthful member, taking up rsidence in Canada."
