A new service has begun on a
trial basis by the taff in the
front office of The Signal -Star.
,They are charting dates of• '
upcoming events on a calendar
in an effort to assist local
service clubs, churches and
other organizations to co-
ordinate their fund-raising
events.
As the system now stand, the
Signal -Star office staff will
chart coming events on their
calendar only if especially
requesTed by an officer of an
organization,
The Si gnal4Star, office staff,
however) will not be
responsible for charting all
upcoming events in the
community.
It is hoRed this service will
alleviate S'orne- protrtem-s for
Goderich and district people'
. until a more permanent
arrangement is found.
