Honey has been a favorite sweet
of mankind since:the earliest of
times. It is very popular- for
breakfast, but can also be used
many other ways such as a gine
for vegetables or meat ors a
sweetener in numerous desserts.
Whatever the way it mayabe used,
the taste of 'honey is always
mouth-watering good'
Honey can vary. in color. flavor
and aroma depending on the kind
of flower's from- which. the bees
`,have gathered the nectar.

freezer without any chahges

Most honey sold nowadays is
pasteurized to prevent it from
fermenting and developing off -
flavors. .
In the Pasteurization process,
honey. is heated to destroy any
yeasts that could cause the
fermentation. The word
