Signal -Star regarding - the
price of meals at 'the GQCI
'cafeteria was incorrect.
Reports are that st k i'ts
..,are paying closer to 95 cents
per day for meals. They say
thedinner plate costs 65 cents
with dessert and beverage an
additional 15 tents each. , The
Signal -Star . reported meals
would cost 65 cents.
The editorial' -staff of this
newspaper checked with the
operators of the school'..
cafeteria for clarification on
this point.
It was learned that. the,
luncheon. -plate and beverage
cost 65 cents. Some days a
dessert is also included in.this
price, but whether or not a"
dessert is 4erved without
extra charge depends upon the
cost of the main course.
'It was also learned that the
cafeteria staff is
expepirnenting with various
menus to find those which are
most economical, most
popular with students . and
return the most value for 65,
cents: .i^
Meals may run higher' than
