But doeNsorneizne ever think why we have Christmas? Christmas •is a time for joy, because Jesus, our Saviour was born. Hee was Thorn into, the' world to teach us about God and how to serve him, to do right not wrong. He died for our sins and arose on the third day. 1 don't know where the idea, of buying presents came 'from. But are these pictures the real meaning? Yes, they do add decoration to the windows and make children look and stare, But why can't people put up some of the religious pictures so children will look and appreciate Christmas all the more. At the top, a huge star. sits majestically surveying the whole room. Our Christmas tree is truly the most beautiful part of my Christmas! To young children. it means nqw toys from Santa Claus — that kind-hearted, old man with the snowy, white beard. `To older people it is a ti time to see their children, grown-up now, and their grandchildren. When I think of Christmas, I imagine a dreamland of white, where trees, 'hills and houses are blanketed by soft, fluffy snow. Icicles adorn the bare trees making them tinkle with each breath of wind.
