Front the Windsor Record, What more laudable ob.jeet than a practicable plan for the restoration and building up of a nation a health. The discoverer of a valuable medicinal ag- ent for certain isolated diseased condit- ions is not nearly so great a benefact- or of the race as ho who triumphantly brings forward a new and positive euro for diseases a the digestive sys- tem that may be said to be universal in this country. A resident of Glengarry Ave., this city, Mr. German A. Jeffers, who fills an important position wit•h,oue of the largest wholesale dry -goods firms of Detroit, had been afflicted with indi- gestion and sluggishness of the liver for a long time. He had sought every available means of remedying the evil. The bilious headaches from which he suffered were as tormenting as only those who suffer from like troubles can understand. Having learned of the complete cure of Mr. Jeffers through the use of a re- cently discoyered preparation, Eseljay's Liver Lozenges, a reporter undertook to investigate the matter for the bene- fit of any readers who may be afflicted with these very common complaints. The facts were elicited chiefly through Mr. W. la. Rowland, of the East End Drug Store, who will bear us out in the particulars of this case. Mr, Jeffers declared himself to feel like a new man. "I cannot," he said, "speak too highly of the benefits I have derived from the use of Eseljay's Liver Lozenges." "And this," said Mr. Row- land, "is only one case of many. The value of these lozenges for liver and stomach troubles is being demonstrat- ed among our customers daily. They are a palatable remedy and I believe affect the adigestive organs as their manufacturers claim, by toning up the system at the same time as they favor its healthy, natural action. They effectually clear one of biliousness without the reactionary effects of the old-time drastic cathartics. Eseljay's Liver Lozenges contain no mercury or calomel, or other mineral poisons, but are a harmless, vegetabitt comp,:und. They bid fair to become a general household necessity, and are more reasonable in price than many other preparations which have no mer it to compare with them. They are sold at '25 cents a box at all drug. stores. A regular course of treatment for the worst forms of dyspepsia, indigest- ion, chronic constipation, impure blood, pimples, etc., only involvesthe use ofa few boxes. If your ton*ue is coated it indicates that von require them and you should get a box at once. Remem- ber to ask for "Es-el•jay's Liver Lozen- ges" A G.T.R.
