Knox Presbyterian Church; decorated. with white gladioli_
and daisy chrysanthemums was the setting for the double -ring
ceremony uniting in marriage Barbara J. Henderson And John
E. Hainsworth, on Satyday, October 9 at 5. 'Pim. Rev. G. L.
Royal officiated.
' The bride -is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. G. Henderson,
Goderich, 'and the groom is the son of Mr. and ,Mrs. A. E.
Hainsworth, Kitchener.

the organist, W. M. Cameron. .
She wore a formal gown of Freneircaloda over 'fiffeta,
fashioned with Edwardian neckline appliqued wit,h Venice lace
iri floral pattern, empire bodice with lace accenting., the'
waistline'. The full bishop sleeves, with scattered lace, were
held with fitted band at the wrist. The skirt with scattered
appliqueshad a lace border on the hem. A cathedral train
draped from the back empire waist was edged'withlace."-To—
complete the gown the bride, wore a•headpiece trimmed -With --
ribbon bows, from which fell a shoulder -length silk illusion.

The bride was attend by Miss Patricia Murnby, St. .
Thoma, maid of honor,. She wore a floor -length gown of sata
peau burgundy., with Gibson girl neckline, Camelot sleeves,
fitted bodice and full gathered skirt. Thegownwas accented,
with guipure lace. She carried a cascade- of white
chrysanthemums. • ,,,,,--
The bridesmaids, dregged identically to the maid of honor,'
were Mrs. Marion Goodman, Belleville.; -cocusim-ofthe-brider-
and Mrs. Susan Hainsworth, Kitchener, sister:in-law of the
groom. .
'Groomsman was Douglas Hainsworth, Kitchener, brother of
the groom. The ushers were Donald Currell, Leamington,
cousin of,the bride, andllenry Roth, Kitchener: •

and "0 Perfect Love": '
The reception was held at the Maitland Country Club. The
guests were received by the bride's mother, wearing a coat and
dress ensemble of mystic blue satin' peat: 'The dress and sleeves
of the coat were beadedIfirnatehing tones. She wore a corsage
of ni_nk 'sweetheart roses. The groom's mother assisted, gowned
in a teal blue peau de soie dress with matching bead trim at
neckline. She wore a corsage of pink• -sweetheart roses.
,Grandmother of the groom wore a powder blue lace dress
With a corsage -of white baby carnations.
Uncle of the groom, James Gellatly, Toronto, was master of
ceremonies, and John McKinnon proposed the -toast to the
bride.
For travelling the tide changed to a brown and matching
paisley pant- suit; with • brown patent accessories 'and a
cymbidium orchid corsaie:-
The •.bridal couple will reside at 87 Westwood Drive,
Kitchener.
The, parents of the groom entertained at the home of Mr.
and Mrs. Vernon Smith, South Street, following rehearsal.
Guests ,were present from Toronto, • Kitchener, Preston,
Burlington, Belleville, Montreal; St. Hubert, New Hamburg,
Clinton and Goderich.
Showers were given by Mrs. George Currell and Mrs.
Vernon Smith at the home of -Mrs. Curren; and •bY Mrs. David
Howe, Mrs. Walter Randerson,„and Mrs. Douglas Hainsworth,
all Of Kitchener.
The bride's mother entertained at a tea for the bride.'

•Recently in Drummon Hill- Presbyterian Church, Miss
Marilyn Anne Berezuk; this city, became the bride of George
Barr Finnigan of Toronto. tie Rev. W. J. McKeown officiated
at the afternoon ceremony.
The bride' is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Berezuk,
Muir Ave„ this city. The' groom is' the son of Mr. and Mrs.
Kitchener Finnigan, Goderich.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a full-length.
gown of organza 'over taffeta in a, fitted princess line with
dainty rows of Val lace trimming the jewel neckline and down
the front of the skirt, 'accented with" •baby bows. Her
cathedral -length veil of tulle was caught to a floral headpiece,
and she carried a bouquet of white carnations and pink
rosebuds. • • - • '
" Miss Peggy Cahill was the maid of ,ponor, wearing an einpire
style 'gown in" purple colored crepe trimmed with mauve velvet
ribbon:
Bridesmaids were Miss Lillian Doucet, Miss Lorraine
Berezuk, sister of. the bride and Miss Linda Bergey, Buffalo,
cousin of the bride. Their -gowns were identical to that of the
honor attendant in mauve colored crepe with purple ribbon
trim.
Miss Maureen Berezuk; sister -of the bride, was the, flower
girl. Her gown was in purple crepe trimmed with mauve velvet
ribbon.
William Blake of Galt, was the best Man, with 'Richard
Doyle, Agincourt, Robert Grigg, Galt and .Allen McNee,
as ushers. • . .
The Rapids Motor Hotel was the setting for a reception
following the ceremony, "after Which the couple left on 'a'
wedding trip to Eastern Canada.

St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church arKingsbridge was -the
scene 'September \25 for the doubletring ceremony at which
Barbara Jane Riegling, datiihter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Riegling,
RR 7 Lucknow, and Ambrose Frances Redmond, son of Mr.
and.,Mrs. Theodore Redmond, RR 2 Auburn; became man and
wife.
Rev. Fr. Henry Capri°, RR 3 Goderioh, conducted the
service. Soloist was .Eugene Frayne who pang Ave Maria, Oh
Beautiful Mother and Because. He was -accompanied by Miss
Marianne Frayne.

The bride entered the church ' on the arm of her father.
Decorations were yellow and bronze mums at the Altar with
white -satin bows and large bronze mums on•the.pews,
The bride -wore a floor -length -semi-fitted A-line dress of ' „
white jacquard • crimplene with attached white satin lined
hood. Her wrist -length sleeves and the front of the dress were
trimmed with tiny ,white satin buttons., She carried a cascade
'of white shasta daisies and Talisman roses.
Matron of honor was Mrs. Tom Hogan,.sister.of, the bride,
RR 3 Goderich;'--She--wore---a ' bronze and off4.white • prin•ted •
polyester jersey knit floor -length semi -fitted long sleeved dress '-
trimmed ,with covered buttons of the same materials. Aler,
attached hood was li,ned with off-white material 'and she
carried a basket of white Shasta daisies.
Mrs. Angus Cline, sister of the groom, Hamilton, was the
bridesmaid and the flowergirl was Angela Cline, niece of the .
• groom,,Hamilton. The bridesmaid was gowned identically to
the matron of honor and the fldwergirl 'wore a flOor-length
white polyester crepe dress with long white crimplene co'at and '
satin -lined hood and she carried a small basket of white Shasta •
daisies and Talisman roses.
Ringbearer was Master Craig Riegling, nephew of the bride,
RR 7, Lucknow.•
Bestman was Kenneth Sproule, RR 2 Auburn, and ushers
were Max Riegling, brother of the bride, RR 7 Lucknow; Lee
Redmond, brother of the groom, RR:2 Auburn; and Herman,,.:
• Riegling;-brother of the bride, RR 7 Lucknow.
The welding reception was at the Lucknow Legion' Hall .
where decorations were fall flowers. The bride's mother wore a
tyvo-piece ensemble with a brown vest coat of nylon knit and a
, long. sleeved dress of arnel and viscose zig-zag print, brown
• accessories and a corsage of yellow sweetheart roses.
The groom's mother chose a princess -line long sleeved
cranberry crimplene dress with- black accessories and a barsage
of white sweetheart roses.
For travelling. to- points in Southern Ontario,' the bride
changed to a ,two-piece long ,sleeved dress of deep purple
antron 'knit with black accessories and a purple orchid corsage.
Honored -guests at the. wedding were the bride's
grandparents, her paternal grandmother, •Mrs. Margaret
• Riegling, Mississauga and her maternal grandfather, Fares
Edmondson, Chatham. Other guests attended...from- Calgary,
Mississauga, Hamilton, Ottawa, London, Chatham, Ridgetown,
'Kent Bridge, Goderich, Auburn and Lucknow. • ,s •
The groom is employed at Montgomery Motors, Lucknow.
•- Prior to her marriage, the 'bride was honored at a shower
for relatives a t the home of Mrs. John Edmonson.in Chatham
and at a community shower in St. Joseph's Hall, Kingsbridge.
, 'Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Redmond entertained the' wedding
party following the rehearsal Friday evening.

arrangements of bronze and yellow mums and candelabra on
Oct. 9, 1971 'for the W410ing of Dennis Ray Harris;
Bayfield and Donna Mariellogart, 13 Winter Court,. ClinItn.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Hoggart, :
Clinton and ,the'groom,the son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Harris, '
RR 2 Bayfield.
• Rev, Don beck officiated at the doublezring<ceremonywith
• Mrs. William tbx at the organ. The bride- wore a gown of ,
polyester satin styled with an empire waistline -arid A-line skirt
with gibson-girl sleeves and standup collar. "The gown was
trimmed with an overlay of Freneh.lace on, the bodice, collar
• and cuffs. The detachable train had an insert of,French lace.
• , She wore an elbow -length veil of French lace. The bouquet
was of yellow roses, stephanotis and white shasta daisies.
Maid of honour was Miss Bonnie Townsend of Seaforth,
• cousin of the- bride and bridesmaids were Miss Jane Harris,
sister of the groom and Miss Lorraine TAnsend, Seaforth,
cousin of the bride.
Their gowns complemented the bride's. They were of mass
•• greiniilk worsted with-Vietorian neckline and full, wrist -length,
Juliette sleeves and were trimmed in gold. To complete their
ensembles they wore detachable hood with elegant' gold trim.
' Groomsman was Jake De Ruyter of Clinton and ushers
were Brian Durnin,- London; cousin of the groom and Morris
• floggart, London, brother of the bride. ,
Following the ceremony a reception was held at the Clinton
LegiOri-Hall. The bride's mother received "guests, wearing a •
deep rose pink dress of satin peau With long chiffon sleeves,
matching accessories, and a corsage of a mauve Orchid.
She was assisted by the groom's mother who wore a purple
and mulberry"dress of ,trevira with matching accessories -and -a •`-'- '-
pink and white,corsage cf carnations.
— For the wedding trip to northern Ontario, the bride wore a
, Victorian -style, red crimplene dress and a corsage of white
stephanotis and a gardenia.
Prior to her wedding the -bride was honoured at 'showers
-giVen -by Mrs. Jake^pe Ruyter, Mrs. Derwin Carter and -Miss
Jane HarriW at Mrs: 1),e Ruyter's home; Mrs. Ross "Fedgen and
Mrs. James Durwin, auhts of thegroom, at Mrs. Feagen's; Mrs.
Madelon Yeats, and at a lingerie shower gten by Miss Bonnie
and Lorraine„Townsend.
Guests were present at ,the wedding from Toronto, Lweicin,
'Kitchener, Goderich Detroit, Niagara Falls and Sarnia.
