The decision of the arbitrators over the question of maintaining bridges of 100 feet and upwards has been render,, ed, and insu'hstattce is as follows:— The award directs that the county shall contribute forty per cent. of the cost of maintenance of all the bridges in Morris township, except Farrow's and Clark's, which are entirely exclud- ed. The award is to extend for two years, including the present year, and the contribution into be paid from time to time, as the work is done and the ma- terial provided. The maintenance in cludes re•construction. The county is ales directed to pay 70 per cent. of the arbitrators° fees, and the townshiii 30 per cent. of those fees. The county also pays 40 per cent, of the township's a costs, to be taxed, the township bearing the balance or, their own costs The t, county pays its own costa.
