taffeta-drMs. Spanishaace circled the collar. cuffs and chapel
train which fell, from the neck. She wore.a chapel -length veil
'fastened •.with a tiara, She . carried ,a white.y.Bible with red
sweetheart roses' .and white stephanotis strewn with 'white
steeamers.
Maid of honour was Miss •Sandra Buruma of RR 2. Clinton
who ,wore .a full-length blue .sheer. voile gown, styled with
empire bustline and low neck. The midriff had %lige lacing
and the long skirt had a frill at the bottom. She carried white
•shasta daisies and pink carnations.
Bridesmaids were Elle Wammes and !'leather Price. both
dressed, identically to the maid of honour.
Groornsman was Len 'Wilson. of London and ushers w6r.e
Arnord Crich of Clihton and Harold Jantzi of.,Holmesville.
• Following the- ceremony, a reception was held at the
Clinton Legion Hall where the bride's mother received guests.
She wore a, pink,- lace princess -line dress with V-neck `and, flat
collat and full-length:pleated sleeves. Her corsage was. of re.d
sweetheart'roses and white carnations.'
She was assisted by the groom's -mother who wore a sheer
blue, printed, patterned dressy with long, sheer sleeves. She wore
a white ,corsage.
For the wedding trip to Northern Ontario the bride wore a
pink lace -hot pants suit and white accessories.
The'coup.le will live at RR 3, Clinton. '
Guests attended the wedding from• Espanola; -Barrie, South
Porcupine, Blenheim, London, Ottawa, Seaforth, Bothwell and
Holland.
Prior to heey� wedding. the, bride was guest of honour at
showers giterii'"by' Miss Elle Wammes and Miss Carol Steepe,
Miss Sandy Buruma, Mrs: •Dianne, Mallough and Mrs. Arnold
Crich and Mrs. Linda Wilson.

The Foresters Dance August
7 was a real success. This was a
special dance to raise funds to
cover the cost of renovations
made to the Foresters' Hall in
Benmiller. Draw ,tickets were
sold on a red brand steer•or cash
equivalant. The lucky winners
with some delicious eating ahead
were: half, Mrs. June Johnston,
'Bobcaygeon; front quarter,
'Eleanor Rising, Shepparton; and'
hind quarter, J. P. Warren,
Goderich. Tho door prize was
wiPon by John_ Moss, Goderich.
There will be another dance
in the fall.
