, It wis quite a sight last Wednesday morning, at the Bedford Arms Motel, to see this
line-up of antique cars, polished and gleaming. in the sunlight. These are just some
of the 18 cars which visited Goderich enroute to Port Elgin. Their owhers were all

McLaughlin -Buick cars - are a
passion. ML Norton 'was an ,
employee of General Motors in
Oshawa for. years and he has
known McLaughlin, the founder
of the company for the -same
length of time.

McLaughlin's- 100th birthday, a,

Calvin Nortbn of Oshawa is a real fan for McLaughlin -Buick
cars. He and his son Larry WM seven antique
McLaughlin-Buicks. They had another one which they had to
sell 'because.of lack of storage space. This one, owned,by Larry
Norton, is a 1939 and was the car in which King George VI and '
Queen Elizabeth rode whet i they visited Canada -that year.
