Mrs. Rivett introduced Mrs.
L. Pentland, who showed a map
of .Florida and gave a talk on it's
location, climate, industries,
population, and maw
interesting points.
Mrs. MCClenaghart then
assisted Mrs. Pentland ,in

interest, near ' where • Mrs.
Pentlandlives during the winter
months and 'thanked Mrs.
Pentland . for her very
informative talk.

the oldest grandmother went to
Mrs. J. Ryan and the prize to the
youngest grandmother was
received by Mrs. M. Bere.
Lunch was served by Mrs. K.
Dawson, Mrs. A. J. Slierwooll,
Mrs. L. Hasty and Mrs. J. Alton,
Following lunch there was an
exchange of plants, slips, and
bulbs. 'Mrs. M. Bere thanked the
U. C. W. ladies on behalf of the
grandmothers, for 'this special
meeting.
