Wow! Spring is here. This•
spring is different from any

the greatest spring ever created.

Ontario Project .SWEEP
(Students Working. ,in " an
Envir nmental Enhajicement
Program).
Students 18 years of age and
over from; both high school and
' post . secondary levels will be
employed this summer in the,
cleaning up of roadside, , lake
shore and river bank litter
problems and in improvements
to local Conservation areas., v
The 37 Conservation
Authorities ilLOnntario expect to
"hire a total of sortie 1,000
students for vazyingr, periods of
time. Another 1,000 students
will be hired by the Ontario
Department of Lands and
Forests for similar work.
The work being done by the
Conservation Authorities in
Project SWEEP is being funded
and co-ordinated by • the
Province Qthrotigh • the ,
Department of ` Energy and'
Resources' Management.
Project SWEEP . has been

confirmed the 'old adage that
"crime does- not pay" . . . His
dynamic appeal from the
platform often stems from these
experiences.
At 19' .years of age, young
Woodhouse began to develop a
new parish 'in -Dayton;•' Ohio.
Here he demonstrated his ability
in pioneer work, ,,d€signing and.
building construction.' By 26
years of age, under God, ' he
completed : a beautiful -church
sanctuary and educational plant
in that city, which was dedicated
free of debt in 1942. Shortly
afterwards the church reacheda
record • attendance of 800 in
Sunday•School.°
A second project o of much
_larger proportion was launched
in 1945, and a magnificent
church plant was erected two
years later and 'dedicated to God.

Ministry, Woodhouse has
chalked up approximately 3500
radio broadcasts, 150 high
school and college chapel
programs and 600 action -packed
youth rallies. From 19534956,
he was Directo'r'of St. Petersburg
..Youth For Christ, and developed
the ;'ally into one of the largest
in the entire South. The work of
Mr. Woodhouse and his rally was
given recognition by St.
Petersburg's Mayor. Johnson in
Washington, D.C., before the
Senate Committee on Juvenile
Delinquency.'
With his widespread
Evangelistic activities,
participation in the Christian
Business .Men's Committee, and
other Civic organizations,. John
somehow found extra time to
teach two semesters at. Trinity
Coljege, Clearwater, Florida - in
