request, fur charity.
This seemed to be a harmless
enoagh request and one, with a
very worthy motive, hainely,
public support of Canadian
cultural groups; groups, no
informed person could deny, of
worldwide fame and stature.
• To my surprise the line taken
by ons member of Council was
that if one group of
"professional ticket sellers" is
give, permission to sell in this
vicinity, Goderich. will become a
prey to large numbers of these
people.
It is, no doubt, praiseworthy
of Councillor Shewfelt to wish
to protect the innocent sheep of
Goderich from the financial
wolves of the big bad world, but
1, fur. one, would like the
opportunity to spent my two
dollars on a ticket which will not
