aimed at curbing drug abuse. She
thought a social worker would

Hall, March 9.
A membership campaign Was
planned where every farm family
in' the Local will -lie visited,
beginnirig with Ashfield
Township.
Women are `especially urged
to attend Farm Union meetings,
which are open meetings. ;Mr.
Vangerhood said that women are
in a better position than anyone
else to know the financial
position on the farm.
A one -day. µseminar ' for
elementary school principals is'
being 'planned' by , the Huron
County Board ,of Education for
April- 14 at CFB Clinton.
The seminar will run from 10
a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and will be
conducted by Arnold lYlathers,
principal of Huron,..._Centgrinjal
School ' and W. D.' Kenwell,
associate superintendent ' of
education for Huron.

which she plants and looks after
each year.
• However, Mrs. Hardy draws
the line at snow shovelling and
lets someone else complete that
chore.
