' The bride, the former' Sharon
Elizabeth Lockhart, is the,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. A.
Lockhart; RR. 2, Goderich. The
groom's parents are Mr. and Mrs.
•L. R. Graham, Goderich;.'
Rev. Robert . Raymont
conducted the , double -ring
ceremony. Mrs, Lee McCallum
was soloist with Paul Howe ate organ.

The church was decorated
with candelabra arrangements,of
cascading mums and eucalyptus
foliage as the bride proceeded to
--the- altar where she was given in
marriage by her parents. She
wore a floor -length gown of
.white French souffle featuring
short sleeves and a round
neckline trimmed with white
lagoda. Attention was focused
on the . cage train which was
draped to form the main part of.
the dress and, fell gracefully from
the shoulders. Her headpiece was
a pillbox with pearl trim `which
held her four -tiered illusion veil.
Maid of honor was Miss

The bride is the daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. George Chrysler,
Goderich, and Mr. and Mrs.
Harold Gillis, Brussels, are the
parents of the groom.
Mrs. Eugene Bender played
the Wedding March, the Wedding
Hymn and the Wedding -Prayer -
during °the service.
'' The bride was. given in
marriage by her brother, Allan
Chrysler. She wore a floor -length
gown of cloud `White cut velvet
finished in • princess style with
batteau neckline and lilypoint
sleeves. Her chapel -length train
was clasped to the gown by a
large velvet bow and_ her
four -tiered shoulder -length veil
was gathered in front by a
-cluster of white roses with a
pearl inset. She carried a white
Bible topped with fotir'large red
'roses. Three white satin
streamers dotted with -miniature

John Foster, Galt, was
groomsman. Ushers were Ray
Baxter, Owen Sound; Wayne
Philbrick, Vineland; and. Wayne
Gilders, Goderich. '
The wedding dinner was
served at . the North. Street
United Church hall. The mother
received her guests -in a pure silk
turquoise blue shantung dress
with sculpture lace and bead
trim, white accessories. and a
corsage of roses and a gardenia.
The- groom's mother assisted her
in a two-piece ecru lace
ensemble, emerald green
accessories and a corsage of
orange roses and a gardenia.
The couple travelled to Lake
of Bays, Northern Ontario for
their holidays. • The • brideas
going -away ensemble was a black
and white crepe dress, black
accessories and a corsage of red
baby roses.
Hostesses at showers for the
*ride prior to her marriage were
Carolyn and Daphne Graham,
Goderich;- Mrs. Jean Perdue,
Clinton; Mrs. Isobel Sturdy,
Goderich; • and Mrs. Eileen
Doolittle, Mount Forest.

in her hair and carried a cluster
of three yellow roses surroundhd.
Eby white carnations. Yellow
streamers fell from her bouquet.
Groomsman 'was James M.
Smith, Goderich, and Lawrence
McNeil, Clinton, ushered the
guests.
The wedding reception was
given at the home of the bride's
grandmother, Mrs. Wm. Roope.
In the diningroom, a large white
bell hung from a centre
chandelier . over the wedding
cake. Streamers attached to the
bell ran to. the corners of the
room.
Guests were received by the
bride's mother . who • wore a --P
street -length blue crepe empire
style dress with, matching blue
lace coat, silver accessories, a
corsage of white carnations.
. The groom's mother wore- a
Street -length dress featuring
white and pink figured flowers
on a blue background, white•
accessories and a corsage of
white carnations.
For a wedding trip to
Toronto, StoneyCreek, Hamilton
and Niagara Falls, the bride
chose a .white empire styled
dress of nylon sheer floating
over rayon taffeta. The
thrice -puffed' sleeves had pink
satin bows for trimming. Pink
satin bows also accented the
