reports were read. The Bazaar
which, was held ori July 31st was
reported to have been very
successful; Thank you notes
were. read and plans < for a
northern bale were -discussed.
The Rev. Mr, Odendahl
closed the meeting and a dainty
lunch was .served •by the hostess

Harvest Home services will be
held at Christ Anglican Church
on Sunday, September 20 at 3
p.m.

A . meeting in the Huron
County Court House early in
October will decide,, whether or
not the Maitland Valley
Conservation Authority will be
en rged through the addition of
the -watersheds of the Bayfield
River and all other streams
entering Lake Huron from the
. present south boundary to the
Southern boundary of _Stanley
Township and all municipalities.
Invitations to, the "meeting
will be sent out:to all member
municipalities tobe affected by
the proposal.
Each municipality will name
a representative who will have a
vote on the matter. It is
necessary to have representation
from two-thirds of the
municipalities before there can
be a quorum and a decision.
