and pink mums. Rev. G.
_ Lockhart Royal officiated at the
ceremony.
The bride i `'the daughter of
Mr. and Mrs.' Cecil Adams,
Goderich. The groom is the son
of William Stabbings and the late
Mrs. Stubbings, Windsor.
The • bride was escorted to, the
altar -lay her father. Her dress,
designed in Montreal, was an
empire -waisted ' gown of ' batiste
with bishop sleeves and rounded
neckline. The sleeves and
neckline° were trimmed with
white floral. applique. "'Tie
cathedral train draped from a
bow at the waist. The bride's
headpiece was fashioned of
batiste with trim matching the
floral applique on the dress. Am
shoulder -length veil fell fro• the
headpiece. She carried a colonial
bouquet, of . -purple miniature
carnations, violets and baby's
breath.
Maid, of honor was Miss Mary
Jayne McManus, Goderich. She
wore . a floor -length gown.

bodice was decorated with
flowers in shades of fuschia, pink,
red and turquoise on a white
background. The white skirt was
trimmed at the waist with a

velvet ribbon as was on her dress

corsage.
The newlyweds are residing at
Dungannon. The . groom is
employed at Dominion Road
Machinery Co. L'td, athe
bride works at Alexandra
Marine
and General Hospital.

Miss Elizabeth Cochrane 'at the
McManus cottage.
