RASPBERRY PUREE` .
4 cups raspberries (about 1
quart)
3/4 cup fruit sugar
Puree raspberries in blender,
then press , through siege to
remove seeds. 'Return puree 'to
blender. Add sugar gradually and
' blend until thick. (about'. three
minutes): If using electric mixer.

RASPBERRY FREEZER JAM_
4 cups • crushed raspberries
• (about 2 quarts)
6 cups sugar
1 6 -ounce bottle liquid pectin
•Combine- raspberries and
sugar. Let ,stand . until sugar is
dissolved (about 20 minutes):
Add pectin and stir constantly,

stand at room temperature until.

and water. Shape like fingers. Bake at 350 degrees for 15.
