-The OXFAM Walk Saturday produced some pretty tired young people and some tired people who
were not quite so young eiii more. It was also tiring for the members of the committee who had
to set up the final check point in St. George's Church Hall. The ladies of ,St George's, Anglican

for the Hospital'Auxiliary Penny
Fair. One "thing especially , they

Shop -bless him.! -and not bring
them to the Tea. As they have a
lot more prizes this year it will
take a lot of -time. getting these
ready for the draw at the tea. So
none of this ,,I forgot' business
and expect them to open things
up -just for you! The tea is June

I should talk! I have dozens
of things -I• discover -on sorting
and, packing. To me they are all
precious, but ,a lot of them, ,.I
have decided should be shared.
with others so -out, Out, OU'14-!
When you sort and pack this
way you find things you haven't
seen in years. You-, may have
thought about them, wondered
about them but didn't take.time•
to look for them -so they come
as a• surprise when you find
them.. Some of the things you
wrap -useless things -dust
catchers I know -but you are
wrapping a precious memory.
When I am gone -long
gone-thei • can • throw away .
these things because they are My
*memories and mean nothing to
another persons, I" know it isn't
good to liver with MEMORJ S
too much -but I just like'to have •
them around -they keep my feet
on the ground -(and my head in
the skies -I heard you!) but
everyone..must have something
to cling to -to live for. It is just .
like having a . Bible' in every
room -but then that is just" my
way of thinking. •
To let back to reality. Jean
McKee , starts her- classes in
flower,arranging, have you
decideto join? This is a really
satisfying art to learn since you
can use hundreds of interesting
things in arrangements.
Your precious collection of
"Memories" - can be made. more
attractive around or above a nice
"arrangement". -

their Tea` at Carlow Hall June
17. Are you going to Lawn Bowl
