Flower hats of course, are
just right for spring and Mrs.
Humphry had some beauties to
show the ladies. She reminded
her audience that flower hats,
particularly the velvet models,
may be worn at any season of
the year.
Mrs. Humphry repeated one
of her favorite tips: to revive a
limp flowered hatjust. hold it in
steamuntilit is'quiteawet,-shake
it out and hangit to dry:
"When you put it on the next
time," promised Mrs. Humphry,
"it will look as though you have
watered all the. flowers!
The scarf, always a colorful
accessory in milady's -wardrobe,
was shown attached to many
hats modelled at the show. It
was dramatically draped arddund
the throat and over the shoulder
and was' mostly of the softest.
chiffon imaginable.
Some scarf -like accents were
shown in long silk .,Streamers,

jaunty sailor hat..
The fabric hat ' - sometimes a
turban,, sometimes ' a floppy,
wide -brimmed creation was
generally' accompanied by' a
matching scarf,. whether the.
square variety which circled the
neck and fastened With a striking
pin or thelong narrow kind left -
