TAKE NO [ICE that The Huron -Perth County Separate
School Board on' the 9th day of February, 1970 passed
By-law Number 7-70 to authorize the borrowing of money
--Tey the issue—end sale of a Debenture of the said Board in
the principal amount of $44,000.00
1 --The purpose for which the money is to be borrowed
is,the construction of separate school accommodation and
the supply of equipment by The Board of the Combined
Roman Catholic Separate Schools of the Townships of Hay,
McGillivray and'Stephen. 41; •
2—The amount to be .borrowed is $44,00d.00 on.. ,the
security of the said Debenture, which shall be a charge
upon the schoolhouse property and premises, and any 'other
real or Personal property vested in the said Board ands upon
the separate school rates collectible by the said Board.
3—The Debenture is to be dated October 1, 1969, is to
bear interest at the rate of 8Y % ' per annu?n payable
semi-annually on April 1, and October 1 ineach year of the
currency of the Debenture and is to be 'repayable in
instalments of principal on October 1 in the years 1970 to
