GIRL GUIDES'
Kingsbridge Girl • Guides
opened .their meeting Thursday
night with a ganie directed by
Lt. Ceasar.
- The , girls went to patrol
corners and new Guides were
tested on hand and— whistle
signals.
, Capt. Tigert explained more
about the Canada °Carousel
Challenge for 1970. Jubilee
badges were handed out.
The Scarlet Tanagers had a
campfire. They sang songS, acted
-out skits and a game Of charades
meeting. ' Lt. MacLennan was
unable ,to-attend.-as-she-wasksick
with the flu.
The Girl Guides also had their
toboggan Rarty Sunday
afternoon with about 40 Guids._
and Scouts preient.
They walked!, througli snow
up to their knees to the hill
behind the John Howard farm.
Lt. MacLennan carr6ied Lt.
