Should have policy
governing use of
student funds
BY RICHMOND ATKEY
There should be one policy
governing use of student council
funds in all Huron County

John Lavis of Clinton, .board
chairman, noted that in general
the matter was left in the hands
cif
principals m in the past. The
board agreed to discuss the
subject with the principals and
possibly come up with -a single
policy.
One member reported that
one student council accumulated
as much as $5,000 to $8,000
and Mrs.. Marian ..Zinn of
Dungannon said: "It's' their
money and they can't spend it."
