This applies to all males 19 years of age and aver. The three dollars only gives him a licence to angle r— fish with a rod and line. • If he wants, to do'other lahings such as catch minnows for bait, that will cost another dollar. If he picks up a few smelt this spring when they are running, this is an additional 'S1 fee. A, licence to take fish, with a dip net for personal use, where this is legal, will cost $2.
