The Women's Missionary'
Society of Knox Presbyterian
Church met for its January
meeting at the home bf the
president, Mrs. Wilfred
Sanderson. A hymn was sung
with Mrs. Donald Haines at the
piano. The .minutes : • of -the
previous meeting were accepted
as read by the secretary, Mrs.
Alvin L• eatherland. Thank -you
notes were read for Christrrmas
flowers and boxes received.
The mission study on , the
religious faiths of the world was
Uhtvesity, spent the weekend
with his parents, Mr. and Mrs.
Donald Haines.
Robert Arthur has been a
patient in Plinton hospital. His,
many friends wish him a speedy
recovery.

the piano. A reading_ Was given
by Mrs. Kirkconnell. The
devotional period -was taken by
Mrs. -Thomas Haggitt and Mrs.
John Daer.

ably given by Mrs. Ed Davies.
Several piano selections were
given by Mrs. R. J. Phillips.

favourable balance.
