Greetings from the village council were brought by the chairman, Mr. William J. Craig. The president of the Women's Institute expressed thanks for -the invitation and wished every. one the compliments of the season. The minutes were accepted as read by the secretary, Mrs. Bert Craig. She also gave the financial statement which had been prepared by Mrs. Norman McDowell. Mrs. Wes Bradnock brought in the slate of officers which was accepted as read.
