Fourteenth Annual Meeting Produces Capacity Crowd Chairman Harold Chambers welcomed a capacity number of members and guests to the mem • bership dinner and fourteenth Annual Meeting of the Gdderich Community Credit Union at the Legion hall Friday evening. Walter Tichborne, board director reported that the credit union had had a most satis. factory year and that its assets had grown by $83,300.00 and now •stand_at-$.55.7,91Q..00,-with-a— merriberglifp of 1288. Meniberg" - increased their savings by $68,071. during the year. Mr. Tichborne advised the member. Ship that $5,179. had been paid tu beneficiaries of deceased members and that since the in. ception of the Credit Union, there had been a total of $25,396, paid out in insurance -Ife-also--noted-that first mortgage loans had in. creased considerably, and the total outstanding was $78,031. at the year-end. • A.M.
