cer fund campaign yielded
$4,215 for Goderich branch.
Twenty captaiis"and 162 can-
vassers took part in the driv .
The E ducation-Commi tt4e
reported as follows: Two films
were shown as part of the
society's educational program
last year. The Cancer Society
members -were told of the
success of the "Smoky Sam"
anti-smoking campaign exhi-
bit; 'arrangements were dis-
cussed to bring the exhibit
to Goderich.
The 'Service to Patients'
report disclosed that ,ten pa,•
tients in the Goderich district
had received help under the
auspices of the local cancer
organization. This service in.
eluded ten trips , to London,
two trips to Wingham plus
drugs to one patient and dres.
