(Staff Photo) Sewage Plant Mayor Dr. Frank Mills Tuesday officially cut the rib•. bon to open the new $900,000 writer pollution control plant. The plant which is located on Sunset Drive, was built to two years from the initial planning stages to completion. It went into oaeratioa in April.
