LODGE NAMED PRESIDENT
OF HURON SCOUT COUNCIL
Glen Lodge, Goderich, was
elected president of Huron Dis-
trict Council of Boy Scouts of
.Canada, at the 1967 Annual Gen:
eral Meeting.
Held at the Dominion Hotel,
Zurich, the meeting was pre-
faced by a dinner attended by
Group Committeemen, Scout
and Cub Leaders, accompanied
by wives and husbands. After
dinner the guests were enter.
tained by a 'short movie shown
by Scouter Lester, Priestly of
CFB Clinton, while the meet-
ing was held in an adjoining
room.
The president, StuartTaylor,
CFB Clinton, complimented the,
retiring secretary) George
Bellchamber, who had held that
office since 19-02.,x} d_,the Pis.
trict Commissioner, Jack Gal-
lant, mentioning especially his
interest in Leader -Training.
He then thanked all other
members of the executive for
the support given him during
his tenure. of office.
The District Coinmpsioner
complimented the leaders, out-
lined the past year's'activities
and mentioned the satisfactory
• development of the new groups
in Kingsbridge andLondesboro.
He issued an appeal for timely
registration and,. emphasized
that tardy registrations not only

ton recently. The pump, con-
sists of a face mask which car-
ries medication in a fine mist
to the lungs,with the air pres-
sure being supplied by the pump
itself..
The equipment, if purchased,
will be loaned free of charge,
to patients whose physician has
• prescribed this type of therapy.
One ,to two weeks treatment
with h • pump will stabilize a
patient's condition for a lengthy • ,
period of time; two treatments
per day of 15 minutes each will
be taken by the person.
The equipment is simple, rug-
ged with sealed lubrication and

was announced Tuesday.

Mr. Walzak gave no explanap

Mr. Walzak had served as
-administrator for the Goderich
Hospital since 1959. Prior to
that time, he had managed a
hosiery mill in town for 15
years.

year and 17 follow-up clinics
were held at Wingham hospital.
On behalf of Ontario Divi-
sion, Mr. Johnston presented
an appropriate 'Campaign
Award' to the chairman Mait-
land E cigar in recognition of the
successful 1967 campaign in
Huron County. For the first
time in many .years Huron ex.
