The following is an excellent
recipe for °fre'sh Peach Pie.
When serving, a scoop 'of ice
cream beside the pie will add

3/4 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons
•flour, 1 tablespoon butter, 1
tablespoon lemon ,juice, 1/8 tea.
spoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon almond
flavoring, 4 to 6 cupsfresh
sliced{ peaches, 1 - 9 Inch pas.

shell, alienate layers of peach
slices and sugar ,mixture.
Sprinkle the top with ',lemon
juice and almond flavoring; dot
with butter. Bake 15 minutes.

The following is an excellent
recipe for °fre'sh Peach Pie.
