YEAR OF FAITH The Director, Father Car. uana , gave an informative talk. He said, Our Holy Father, Pope Paul VI has called, for a "year of Faith' to begin on June 29th, the feast of the martyrdom of St. Peter and St. Paul. It ;was on this date in the year 67, 1900 years ago, that they both gave their lives for the faith. Father Caruana also said, since Vatican II the world needs a lot of prayers. "With Vatican IX'` we get a deeper understand ing about faith.. Following Father Caruana's talk a panel of four ladies from the Kingsbridge council gave their own ideas of "What the C.W.L. means to me." Those of the, panel were Mrs. John Howard, Mrs. FrankRieg. ling, Mrs, Joe O'Keefe and Mrs. Robert Howard.
