Under neer perfect weather'- conditions, a large audience
witnessed opening ceremonies at the new wing of Alejandra
Marine and. General Hospital here Sunday 'afternoon. After
appro?riate sp4eches by visiting officials,' the traditional
ribbon cutting ceremony was held at -the entrance to the
new Wing. Then Divine blessing was 'invoked by Capt. R.
Wombold of the Salvation Army, with prayer being.offered
by Rev, R.• Kiynaban 'of St. Joseph's Roman Catholic churc'n.
After the • formal-ceremoaies,-"open house" was held
during which visitors inspected all sections of Jhe wing
excepting those now occupied by patients.

Health Minister M.B. ,Dymtind, M. D,, told the large ;audience that
emphasts is already being shifted to preventive medicine. He
lauded the 'work of the: hospital auxiliary and urged that the
citizens' of the area: "Make it your. hospital ialways, through
Involvement". .
