double room in the new addition
of the Wingham General Hospital.
Getting back "to their conser•
vation work, the meixrblers of the
Huron county game club have
established breeding pens at their
premises in Clinton where they
raise game' birds, particularly
pheasants and after they reach

„.„; Bylaw No. 14, 1960 controls the obstructing, encumber- •
ing, injuring or fouling of'iighways and/or bridges within
the Township of Goderich. Section 2 of this bylaw read as
follows: The throwing, placing or depositing of dirt,
filth; glass, hand bills, papers or other rubbish or refuse
or the carcass of any animal on any" highway or bridge is `
hereby prohibited.
Bylaw No. 8, 1964 controls the packaging and disposal
of waste paper. Section 1 of this bylaw ,reads as follows:
All waste paper • and/or, paper products dumped or disc
posed'of on the land maintained within the municipality
as an, area for dumping or disposing of garbage, refuse
or •domestic or industrial waste of any kind shall be.
securely packaged: wrapped andtied in such ,a manner
as,to prevent the blowing of the aforesaid paper and/or
paper products about the aforesaid area and the abutting
or adjoining land. -
These two bylaws. will be enforced and anyone caught
violating either or both will be prosecuted.
