the Sportsmen's Lodge .Hotel in

fifty prominent hairdressers
chosen from various parts of
the United Stales and, •Canada.

ticians who experimented with
spientificaily prepared hair pro-
ducts and the • very. latest in
• space-age equipment.
During this second annual sem.
inar ,sponsored by Redken Lab.
oratorieg-'of Van Nuys, all phases
of hair -Culture were • taught and
practised. Jheri Redding, Inter-
, nationally -known' -bio-chemist,
cosmetologist and president of
Redkendectured, daily. His staff
of technicians, also lectured on
new processes and products that
had advanced during the past.

one hair in order -to ::analyze
problems relating to hair disin-
tegration was shown by Art Mc.
Cullough who originated this un.
usual enterprise for Redken.
The five-day event included'a
uncheon at Universal Studio and.,
, - banquet where several hair-
essers including Mrs. Scrime.

standing achievements during.the ,
seminar by the originator of the
seminars-Redken's Testing Dir-
ector, Irene Redding. - '
The participatinghairdressers
were allowed to order products
for immediate use. These pro-
ducts were used during the Sem-
inar and.they will notbeavlLilable
