AUBURN - Fire destroyed the
40 -by -90 foot barn on the second
concession of West Wawanosh
owned by Mr. and Mrs. Donald
Young of the first concession,

Mr. Young believes that fire
starte d from a generator which
was operating at that time, and
shorted. Loss was estimated at
$15,Q00.
Contents lost were 150 tons
of hay, 1300 bales of straw, 21
head of cattle, three sows, a
wagon, hay rake, manure spread-
er and pig feeders. The fire was
discovered by Marinus Baker, a
neighbour and Mr. Young. The

Plans were made for the annual
