Mr; Girvin was born at Dun- gannon, son of the' late David Girvin and Mary Holland. He was a farmer, He was a member of Nile United Church. Mr, Girvin is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Douglas (Mary) Wilmot, Burlington; Mrs. A.E. (Evelyn) Hannah, Willowdale.
