Vik- ings defeated Spat>ford Central last Wednesday afternoon by the narrow margin of 6-3. John Sheardown scored the single Goderich touchdown, whiile fifty loyal fans and the faithful cheer- leaders braved the wind and rain to take in the entire game. Tuesday afternoon, about 350 Goderich fans _travelled to Wing - ham to cheer the Vikings on as. they met Whigham in the sud- den -death final to d•eteiiminle the Huron,Peith championship.
