Area Man Takes Tour Murray Hoover, Brussels, first vice-president of the Huron County Junior Farm- ers' Association, was Huron County's representative on the Junior Farmer soil and land use tour last week. Following registration on Monday evening, the objectives of the Soils Tour were outlined by Dr. Murray Miller of th department soils science, O.A.C. On Tuesday, the 25 delegates toured the soil and crop science department research plots. The delegates visited Durham and Northumberland Counties. On Wednesday, visits were made to farms in Prince Edward Count; the Smithfield Experi- mental Station; and Peterbor- ough County.
