Seek More Beginners
Ladies. Night June 7 saw 14
golfers in attendance. Winneas
were, first low net, Jean Knight,
second low, net, Della Bedard
and hidcen hole, Betty Selinger.
Refreshments and cards 'were
enjoyed afterwards in the club
house.
Rumor hes it that a drive is
underway to have more begin-
ners take in the weekly . tourna-
ment so here is a good .chance
for those ' ladies who normally
only play a few fames a year
to have an enjoyable evening
of golf while the better half
stays at tome.
The weatherman almost did-
n't cu -operate again on Monday
for the weekly Men's Night,
however, the, skies cleared at
about 5 30.p.m. and approxim-
ately 27 headed for the first tee.
