and the late Mr, P.egan. The
groom is the son of Mr. and
Mrs. Archibald Angus Town-
send, Goderich.
The bride chose a princess -
style gown of organza with lace-
embroidered A-line skirt and°
chapel train. A wedding band
held her fingertip silk illusion
veil and she carried a cascade

low roses and trailing ivy.
Miss 1VIary Elizabeth 'Regan,
London, was maid of honor for
her sister and bridesmaids were
Miss Margaret Ann Regan, sister
of the bride, and Mrs. Clifford
Brown, both of London. They
wore floor -length gowns of green
crepe. Sheila Mary Regan was
fllower girl, wearing a floor -
length gown of white crepe with
green velvet trim.
Grant 'Angus Townsend was -

cess line, gown of white cut
velvet fashioned with bateau
neckline and Lily -point --sleeves.
A bow enhanced the back of tke
full skirt which fell into a chapel
train.. A satin crown trimmed
with pearls held the hand -
embroidered elbow -length veil
of silk illusion. She carried a
white Bible crested with red
roses.
(Miss Kathleen Gregory of
Blyth, sister of the bride, was
maid ofhonor wearing a street-
)ength gown of sapphire blu
vele•et with bouffant, skirt,
matching accessories and she car-
ried a bouquet of white carna-
tions. The groom was attended
by his brother, William Gooier
of Auburn.
Following the ceremony the
wedding dinner was served at
Elm Haven wthere the three -
tiered wedding cake decorated
iri pink. and white centred the
bride's table. -
Guests were present front

Auburn and Blyth.
