of Trustees of the Roman Catholic Separate School for School
Section Number 2 in the Township of Ashfield, ix& passed
on the 29th day of September, 1965.
• AND TAKE VURTHER NOTICE that the said By -Law
was passed for the purpose of borrowing moneys to provide
for erecting, equipping and furnishing a four -room school.
AND TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the amount of
money to be borrowed for ' the • provisions aforesaid, is the.
sum of -0-ne Modred and Ten Thousand Dol.lars (5110,000.00)
to be secured by twenty year debentures of the said, Board
dated the 15th day of December, 1965, and that the said
sum of One Hundred and Ten Thousand 'Dollars ($110,000.00)
to be borrowed pursuant to the' said By -Law, the interest
thereon and the said Debentures shall be and are by the
