The annual meeting of the W.M.S.: of IIno`x Presbyterian Church saw the prgsident, Mrs. H. Rivers, preSiding. A letter of thanks was read for Christ- mas giifts sent to the Hamilton Sanatoritun. Mrs. A. Enright reported on the Christmas' gifts purchased from two donations amounting to $12 to be added to the shower of gifts from • the members for patients in the Ontario Hospital who have no ,visritons of, their owe. • A solo, "Star of .the Past," was sung by Mrs. G. The bell which once called people to church is no walocated in a special stand in front of Christ Anglican Church, Port Albert. It was removed from the roof top because of rot in .support- ing timbers. The bell was donated to the church by a district M.P.P. some years ago. In its place atop the church has been placed a lovely -Cross. ,The cos *it donated by Frank Vrooanan of Port Arthur in -.memory of his lateiather, William Vawoman,. and as an anniversary gift to his mother. Warden Ralph Foster would like to know the are of the M.P.P. who donated the bell.
