Magistrate's Courf
Pleading guilty to driving a
motor vehicle in the County of
Huron on November 25 while
impaired, Fredei+ek C. Edwards
of 'Clinton was sentenced by
Magistrate Glenn Hays last
Thursday at Goderich to ten
days in jail.
Francis Bruce Culbert, 1.8,
Goderich, was sentenced. to
three weeks in jail, when he.
pleaded guilty to driving a mo-
tor vehicle dangerously in the
townships of West Wawanosh
and Colborne on October 31.
Culbert was also prohibited
from driving a motor vehicle
for one year.
Arnold Leroy Kerr, '16, R.R.
6, Goderiich, pleaded' guilty to
driving• a motor vehicle in East
Wawanash Township carelessly
an October 31 and was fined
$100 and costs. His driver's'lic-
ence was suspended for nine
months.
William Samuel Lewis, 26, In-
gersoll, was farther remanded
to appear before the magistrate
on January "28, for sentence.
Lewis' had pleaded guilty on
September 17, to a joint charge

Goderich Township on Novem-
ber 6.

fined $35 and costs when he
