In his proclamation, Town
Clerk. Blake stared that the
names of "the person S appoint-.
ed to act for ,.the affirmative
and for the negative respective-
ly upon the poll" would be an-
nounced to the voters: at the
Town- Hall at 1 o'clock on the
afternoon Of August 21.
The proclamation indicated
that the ballot boxes would be
opened at 12 noon on Septem-
ber -,5. At that- time, the pro-
clamation recites, Blake, as re-
turning cam tur-the election,
will "add up the votes" cast
on the five questions* and de:-
clare the result. of the vote.
